This video does a great job of walking you through a progressive muscle relaxation technique. Helps you to systematically relax your body and increase mindfulness and awareness.

This is a wonderful video to watch and focus on to calm when feeling anxious or just unsettled. This is a free diving champion who can hold his breath for more than 5 minutes. 

WARNING: I have had clients with water related trauma report this caused anxiety.
